Our administration and estimating team manages all tenders and contracts. Our team quotes each project taking into account previous billed rates on completed projects, market conditions and supplier pricing.

After establishing a scope of work, our team works to ensure the tendering process is smooth for both parties, and our quotations entirely include what is required for the project.

We use a highly equipped estimating program that helps deliver a concise and accurate quotation to our clients. We pride ourselves on always delivering and submitting well presented quotations, allowing our clients to easily vet our tenders.

Once the project is awarded, we work directly with the project managers to ensure the timeline is well-defined. Procurement of materials commences, and our leading hand is allocated to oversee employees, adhere to the project timeline and ensure quality work is delivered.
