About The Project
This mid 80’s home received a full renovation to the existing section, through changing the layout we were able to create a more open plan living to work with the new design.
The additions included an extension to the rear of the property including a new laundry, study and lounge also allowing the existing bathrooms and bedrooms to be made bigger.
Working with a sloping block the backyard was designed with two tiers, the lower incorporating an award winning pool and undercover entertaining area and the upper with lawn, garden beds and fire pit area.
The design is complimented by the extensive landscape works including the features of recycled red bricks and stack stone cladding.
