Scope of Works
This end-to-end extension saw every corner of the existing sections being transformed to create a seamless transition to the new sections of the house.
The additions included a new triple car garage to the front of the property along with a new covered entrance and deck, an extension to the kitchen/ dining area and off the back of the house including lounge, bedroom, study, powder room and kids play room.
A composite decking wraps around the side of the house incorporating two entertaining areas and an award winning pool and spa.
The design is complimented by the extensive landscape works including the features of recycled red bricks and stack stone cladding.
